You might want to cancel because you didn't receive an answer or something else happened.
For pre-authorised transactions, you have to wait for it to be rejected or wait 72 hours which will lead to the request being automatically rejected if there's no response.
Reach out to the supplier ASAP and let them know you want to cancel the booking, If it's accepted select the dispute button and get in touch with Beazy via support@beazy.co. In the case that there isn’t a clear cancellation policy defined in the listing, Beazy’s cancellation policy will be applied.
